When the Xinwandesheng ultrasonic cleaning machine malfunctions and cannot be used normally, the following simple detection methods can be used as simple references.

1、 The insurance of the ultrasonic cleaning machine is damaged: If there is no power display or action after starting up, the first thing to check is whether the insurance inside the power socket is damaged.

Analysis: It is possible that the user's grounding wire is mixed with the live or neutral wire and not grounded (the grounding wire of the machine is connected to the machine casing), or there may be a short circuit in the machine or aging of components, resulting in damage to the fuse.

Detection: Take out the insurance and observe if there is any breakage. Use a multimeter to measure whether it is disconnected and replace it with a new component.

2、 Damaged transducer:

Analysis: It is possible that due to prolonged use on the machine, the temperature will gradually rise, causing the gel to melt and the transducer to fall off or the ceramic part of the transducer to break. Detection: Measure the insulation strength of the transducer using a shake table. If the insulation strength is below 200M Ω, it is no longer usable and a new transducer needs to be replaced.

The internal ceramic of the transducer may also break due to long-term use, making it unable to function properly.

3、 The power tube of the ultrasonic cleaning machine is damaged:

Analysis: The power transistor on the motherboard may experience short circuits due to prolonged uninterrupted use of the ultrasonic cleaner or insufficient cleaning liquid.

Detection: When the power transistor is connected to the motherboard, use a multimeter to measure the resistance value of the pins on both sides of the power transistor. Under normal circumstances, it should be around 22 Ω. After removing the power transistor (disconnected from the motherboard), measure that there should be no connection between its various pins.

4、 Damaged voltage regulator

Analysis: The damage to the voltage regulator is generally caused by the power transistor's low resistance or short circuit when turned on, and it itself is extremely rare to be damaged.

Detection: Based on the characteristics of the diode, conduct in the forward direction and cut off in the reverse direction. Using a multimeter diode range measurement, the forward resistance value is around 70 Ω and the reverse resistance value is ∞. If the numerical deviation is too large or the positive resistance value is also ∞, replace the regulator with a new one.

5、 Damage to bridge (diode rectifier circuit)

Analysis: Same as the condition of the voltage regulator

Detection: Based on the characteristics of the diode (the bridge itself is composed of diodes)

6、 Damage to control board (adjustable ultrasonic cleaner)

Analysis: Long term continuous operation is related to component aging, as well as occasional infiltration of cleaning solution.

Detection: Disconnect the control board from the motherboard when the machine is not working. Power on the motherboard, if the machine is working, it indicates that the control board is damaged and needs to be replaced.

7、 Damage to inductors and isolation transformers

Analysis: Due to the long-term operation of the ultrasonic cleaner, the inductor and transformer are heat dissipation components, which may melt and burn out due to high temperature, causing a short circuit.

Detection: Damage to inductors and transformers, with visible signs of burning in most cases, requires replacement with new components.
